Why Adapt exists

AI is a business problem before it is a technology problem.

That is the belief this practice was built on. And it is why the work here is done by a founder with a background across product, marketing, sales, and engineering, rather than a team of specialists who each own a slice and hand off to the next.

Most AI work stalls at the seams. Strategy hands off to a builder who does not understand the business. A prototype ships to a team that was never brought along. A tool gets bought and never gets used. Every one of those failures is a handoff failure, not a technology failure.

Adapt was built to remove the handoffs.

The founder story

Computer engineer. Product marketer. GTM strategist. Now, AI-Native Practitioner.

I did not arrive at AI from the top. I arrived from the bottom, having built products, sold them, and stood in front of teams trying to use them.

Computer Engineer, Bahria University.

I trained as an engineer. That is where the muscle for building things and taking them apart comes from. Being an IEEE Richard E. Merwin Scholar the year I was awarded meant something specific: the top student in the Computer Society, judged on academic strength and community contribution.

TELUS and Telenor.

Two of the largest telcos in their markets. Enterprise product work at that scale teaches things a startup never can: how a product actually moves through a large organization, what "adoption" really means when the team using the product has 500 people, and why "we should do this" fails inside enterprises that have not been sold the why.

Product Marketing.

PMM Core Certified through the Product Marketing Alliance. Product marketing is often mistaken for a launch function. It is not. It is the discipline of translating what a product does into why anyone should care, and it is the discipline most product teams underestimate until adoption stalls.

Then AI happened.

And it became obvious that the wave coming would need people who could hold all of those seats at once. Not strategy consultants who cannot ship. Not build shops who do not ask what should be built. Not trainers who arrive after the code is written and wonder why nobody wants to use it.

That is Adapt.

Ventures

Building alongside the consulting practice.

Adapt Digital AI ships its own AI products alongside client work. Each venture is a live example of how we think about product design, personalization, adoption, and AI-native building.

Lymorah is the first. It is an AI companion for family life, built to help parents make the everyday decisions that eat their time (meals, activities, weekend plans, screen-free ideas, local events). Live in beta at lymorah.com.

I built Lymorah because I wanted to solve a problem I live with, and because a studio-consultancy should ship the kind of products it helps others build.

More ventures shipping in 2026 and 2027.

Principles

What we believe.

01

AI isn't always the answer.

The job is to find the right intervention, not to sell an AI-flavored one. Sometimes the answer is a workflow fix, a data change, a product decision, or a hiring change. Sometimes it is AI. We will tell you which on the first call.

02

Adoption is 60% of the work.

The system that gets used beats the system that impresses. Every engagement assumes people will need to trust it, learn it, and rely on it.

03

Own the outcome, not the hours.

Scoped engagements. Transparent starting prices. Code transfers to you at handover. We are measured by what ships and what gets used, not by hours billed.

04

Say the uncomfortable thing.

On a first call. In a readout. In the middle of a build. If something is not working, we name it, not soften it.

05

Small on purpose.

We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so each one gets senior attention.

06

AI for good is a real commitment.

A portion of yearly capacity is reserved for nonprofits and purpose-driven teams.

Where we don't fit

What we do not do.

  • We do not sell AI software licenses or take vendor kickbacks.
  • We do not run generic "AI awareness" workshops.
  • We do not do large-team staff augmentation.
  • We do not chase RFPs from organizations looking for the cheapest quote.
  • We do not build systems we would not use ourselves.

Personal philosophy

"AI doesn't need to look the same for everyone. I help you figure out what makes sense for your goals, then build, test, automate, or enable the right solution."
